Let "Madame R" and her students prepare a five-course dinner in your home - which will absolutely delight you and your guests. They will prep, cook, prepare the table and serve up an evening you will thoroughly enjoy.
Includes dinner for 10; mutually agreed-upon date; comes with a mixed case of wine 6 white, 6 red.

Chef Colin will demonstrate how to prepare five (5) different meals using ten (10) ingredients.

Class will include sampling of prepared meals and non-alcoholic beverages for 10 guests.

Class will be offered at our Roundabout location. Class can only be provided on weekdays (no weekends).

Treat your friends to a delicious Texas BBQ meal with our BMCHS President, Jack Trainor.  Your BBQ Chicken meal with all the fixin’s will be prepared by a Native Texan on a custom BBQ imported from Texas.

Served buffet style in the private home of Damon & Debbi Lehr overlooking Washoe Lake it will be a true outdoor experience complete with pitching horseshoes. 

Must be a mutually agreed upon date during warm weather months as it is an outdoor venue.
